A wound that lasted for two years... And it's still bleeding...

It was raining...
She remember it clearly...
Everything that happened that night...

He broke her heart without notice
An hour on the phone
Suddenly, silence were at both ends
She couldn't of what to say
He was in complete silence
Waiting for her to pour her feelings out in a rush of water
But he hears nothing but the soft breathing of the girl at the other end
She tells him that she's just fine
He doesn't believe her
He knew what he had to do and what he had done
She couldn't summon up her courage to hang up the phone
But she wanted to be alone
There was nothing she would've done
She held her breath and cried in silence
While no sound came from the other side of the phone

Two weeks without noticing a thing
Everything just went with a blink of an eye
She didn't wake up fast enough
She wasn't conscious enough to realize that "end" is just around the corner
Now, she's left crying alone, on her bed
While the fireworks beamed from outside her bedroom window
Music played all around the outside of the house
People celebrating the first few days of the New Year
All that was in her heart
Were question marks, scar marks, wounds of a bleeding heart
While a ray of colours danced and paraded through the night

How could she have bared it?
She waited for so long and finally got what she wanted
But it all ended so fast
What did she do wrong?
It still remains unknown
She fell so deep
Fallen hard...

It hurts so bad
I wish I could turn back the time
Realize that a huge breakup was just around the corner
And avoided it
Pull the trigger myself
At least it wouldn't hurt as bad as it was... and still is... until this day...
